Horrible service do not use this company ever!!!

Pathetic service I can’t believe i yet again have to deal with SADV. Found out my partner was listed for R699 that was for a cancellation we were not aware of. I decided not to investigate this any further but to rather pay the R699. Sent the POP to Andrea and Rene who seemed to be helping until i made the payment. They now have not been taking my calls, I’ve sent countless emails trying to resolve the matter and have them remove the listing. The service has been pathetic to say the least. This comes after having cancelled their service due to incorrect billing for a previous apartment for over 6months. I had to bend forward and backwards to get reimbursed. Now months later after having cancelled their service due to their poor horrible service i find myself dealing with them once again. I have been calling for the past 3 weeks to no avail. Every call lasts over 30 minutes for them to either hang up or tell me no one can assist me. I have waisted my airtime for the last 3 weeks calling almost everyday and not a single person is willing to give service. Your service is terrible and I’d advise people to stay away from this horrible company.
