HORRIBLE SERVICE

Contacted them to subscribe and set up a monthly recurring payment. Was sens a link on the same day the 10th of November to make payment of 399 which was taken instantly. The installation was to happen the next week. A day before was told river had an issue with car and had to reschedule for the next week I took time off work as this was during my office hours. Driver called an hour after appointment saying he had an issue. I had to be late for work for nothing. He said he would come later that evening. Later that evening he said they couldn't work late because it was too dark. Did not show. He set up another day appointment where he told me had a car issue... even taking pics... what a joke. 4 missed installations later and payment made. You better not deduct another installment for a service I do not have because I sent an email to be refunded and request cancelled. The ticket was simply closed with no resolution.
