Horrible service

I app**** for fibre through an agent at Jabulani Mall on the 02 October 2023, paid on the 3October 2023. Wednesday (4/10/23) they came to install and told us that someone will come and connect because there is no connection from the pole outside. That was the last time we saw those guys and now we can't get hold of SADV. Their service is disappointing at this rate i want them to come and take their device and let me find someone else who knows what they are doing. This is unacceptable
