Horrible infrastructure
Horrible infrastructure. I have 10mbps Fibre which has worse latency (36 ms) than my Fixed LTE. Accross the road Frogfoot connection at the same speed is 8ms. Its the difference in infrastructure and what makes matters worse is that SADV is THE MOST Expensive by up to 20 -30 % compared to others. I do not recommend their product.

Please note that we are also not the most expensive FNO. Our line rental pricing is very similar to that of Frogfoot. Unfortunately, we cannot control how ISPs pass this on the end users.

20 Dec 2019, 10:00Good day, address as follows: unit 22 San Bernadino complex, Maretha Maartens str, Langenhoven Park, Bloemfontein, 9301. As for pricing you are on avg 15 - 20% out accross all Fibres. I have personally checked on Afrihost, Vox, Web Africa and Mweb and still your services are the most expensive and have the worst latency. In fact my internet at around 11pm is unusable that i have to disconnect and use my phone as a hot spot. If my issues arent resolved i am cancelling and going for LTE instead and i wont pay any cancellation fees as CPA act protects me against services that arent delivered.
