Horrible and pathetic service

Biggest ******* and manipulative Service Provider. They have no respect for their clients. A few months go I signed up for fibre and by end February they charged pro data and monthly subscription fees for the service! 3 months later I received an invoice from them and guess what they wanna charge for activation fees after I have been using the service for almost 4 months. Unfortunately none of their employees were able to convince me about the activation fees matter! According my contract there is no such a thing called activation fees! If there was, they should’ve informed me about it at the beginning. Unfortunately they have disconnected all form of communication and the call center agent just hang up on me while I am discussing the issue with them.
