Happy with the Customer service from accounts dep (Soraya Sheik) and Free Upgrade

I am a have a 50mb line with SADV as my service providers they gave us a free upgrade and DOUBLED OUR SPEED for all their clients during the lock down period. Honestly my current seed is fast enough and ive been happy from day one. i work from home and kids are enjoying their Gaming and streaming speed all thanks to SADV.

OH WAIT to top it off i defaulted and pleaded the with a very nice lady name Soraya Sheik she reinstated my connection and i had promised to pay on the very same week which was month end and they help me as frustrated i was she was very calm and professional, i think i was even swearing on the phone but she remained calm and helped me understand the contract ive signed and still was sympathetic and she spoke to her manager to reinstate my connection.

as promised i paid what i was behind with including April. i am very happy with SADV im even recommending it to family and friends. I'm enjoying My Free Upgrade
