Great customer service

Dear SADV Team,

I would just like to complement the customer service of Sophy Kobe! She has been so amazing and prompt with replies and follow ups! I am in the process of switching ISP's, and I am really not getting good or speedy replies from either ISP's. Therefore it has been such a breath of fresh air dealing with Sophy! Please see that she gets some recognition for her good work and good attitude. She is really deserving!
