GET YOUR ADMIN DEPARTMENT IN ORDER!!!!
Our "CANCELLED" Account was listed as defaulted! After numerous calls and emails to them proving we have cancelled the account. They refuse to phone you back and keep on sending the same computer-generated email. The amount now suddenly has changed from R996 to R68.11????? But the account is still listed as defaulted and affecting a credit application. And worst of all I am on hold for the last 35 minutes to try and talk to someone!!!!!!

29 Oct 2020, 14:58@43minutes still holding- will hang up now and rather go the legal route. It also seems that they do not read these messages as the average time to reply is 175.43 hours.
