FTTH Service Being Denied.

I am being denied Vuma fiber to the home service due to the fact that someone at SADV made a mistake and use my address o my Neighbor's profile, now my neighbor has the fiber service and I cannot be given a service. Webafrica is denying me the service because my house is seen as having the installation already. This has been going on for a week and SADV is not willing to resolve this. Can Vuma intervene please. My address is 24 Robert Cole Bowen Place where the service is required.. My Neighbor's address is 4 Robert Cole Bowen Place which SADV should have used when they give my neighbor the service.
