FROM BAD TO WORSE

This company had the audacity to send us a bill about four times the amount than our monthly installments, after we closed the account due to their bad service and lack of communication. After we posted on hellopeter last week, we received the following message: "We are happy to report that your service request #SA108120 has been closed". and this after they did not resolve anything. This is a really bad service provider.
