********** activities and stinking customer service

I have been with SADV for more than a year . Everything was fine until last month they sent me an Invoice and a Statement which showed that I had a small credit so I paid the amount less the credit. Then they sent me an email saying they will debit the balance from my Account.

I immediately went back to them asking why since then no one has even had the decency of getting back to me. They still deducted that little amount from my Account. I think it's ********* and unacceptable that they do as they please with my bank Acc just because they can.

I don't owe them they owe me , they don't reply- I have sent more than 3 emails I tried to phone which is much more expensive than the amount they deducted but it's not about the amount it's about the fact that they do as they please with my Account. I am so disappointed to say the least and now I would like to cancel the service but everytime I phone I stay at number 4 in the queue till my airtime is finished, I left voice mails no one care to get back to me.
