I have been actively trying to get fibre installed in my complex for the last two years now. SADV has been so extremely UNHELPFUL and UNINTERESTED in getting the process completed. They promised to start with installation last year August (2019) and we still don't have fibre. After many emails and rants and threats, installation finally started at the end of January but the workers come in once a week, they stand around chatting for 2 hours and then leave the premises. SADV take days to reply to the simplest emails and then it is a copy-paste response that has nothing to to with the problem at hand. They are so unprofessional and useless. Stay clear of this company!!
