Finance billing me yet I have no connection set up

I wanted to sign up with sadv. I sent all necessary documents and was awaiting to get customer number and have installation done. End of July I was billed yet nothing was done. I called in and they promised to sort it out. Within the 7 days still nothing was done but I managed to reverse their debit order. Today again, 2 September I am debited with R1700. Finance department is just fool of **** as they don't even bother to call or respond to my email.
