Fibre Support Not Given

It’s been two weeks since our internet connection has not been restored and the customer care line of the business replies at awkward hours of the morning.Absolutely poor service for an issue that could have been resolved in a matter of hours.We called at Vumatel and apparently the order has been cancelled and we have not received our money back
