Fibre off line - competition....

Inconsistent connection, red or no service light from about 19h00 to 22h00 on 22/03 and 23/03 in Brackendowns Alberton. Just at the time one wants to watch Netflix!!!! No easily accessible complaints channel, link, site, number or whatever!!! Thus at first one looks at different connectivity issues and then fibre that is in a different room... A real pain!!! Friends say go to Telkom... New but more expensive competition... If it works maybe worth the change!!!
