Fibre application process from hell

I app**** for fibre on the 11th of January 2021. I got a call that week, but the lady had incorrect details regarding my address. I didn't hear from SADV or Vumatel until I followed up with them on the 14th of Jan 2021 and I was informed that the process takes up to 7 days to conclude. I So I waited for the seven days to pass and followed up again. I was sent from pillar to post until I decided to call them on the 24th of Jan 2021. I was informed that there were details regarding my black box installation, I told them that I already had a black box and confirmed the lights that were on. The rep advised that he had instructed whoever to dispatch a router and that I would receive the router within two days, it's been 5 days now. Unfortunately they are the only ones I can get Fibre from in my area
