FAILURE TO DELIVER ROUTER

I have received such atrocious service form SADV I have been calling endlessly to try get them to deliver my router. Its been a week since I signed up and I have been getting stories from them as to why they cannot deliver my router. they have been billing me even if my account is not active yet. Its also impossible to get hold of their managers. I have been left feeling helpless SADV IS A TERRIBLE INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER!!
