Extremely Rude Consultants

I do not appreciate that way that SADV speaks to their clients. I have spoken to 2 consultants for assistance who have been extremely rude to. The first consultant got so angry with me and told me I am not allowed to contact them after I received instruction that I needed to contact them. A week later I received a missed call from SADV, when I tried to phone them back, the consultant answered the phone in a very angry tone, was not willing to even try and help me with my query and when I tried to explain what the story was, he put the phone down on me. Extremely terrible service!
