Extremely poor service.

I’ ve been trying to cancel subscription, using WhatsApp platform multiple times without success, I will be routed to an agents & I will wait for hours not getting assistance. Their signal is very poor, no network when are outside the house, even in my son’s bedroom there is no network. When you call customer care, they refer you back to WhatsApp platform. I am paying WiFi for Mahala.
