Extremely poor service

SADV has become a nightmare to deal with. Thei If it's not dropped calls, it's them not fixing technical issues on time. I wasted a lot of airtime on hold with them over 2 days. Our wifi has been down for 5 days. They were quick to respond to the initial query and they had people over to the house to have a look at what the problem was. Over 2 days they came but the issue was not fixed. The technicians came and went as they pleased without giving feedback of what th problem was.

The service, or lack thereof is appalling. Do not waste your money in them.
