extremely poor service
I have been waiting 5 months for fibre after signing up. The "physical fibre line" is in my home...the light test done but now they tell me I must wait another 6 weeks...that will be 6.5months of wait since signing. They still cannot give me a date or reason why they cannot complete the installation

04 Mar 2019, 10:27Hi Edgar, we have had issues with Paradyskloof's quality of the build and that is why we went into a maintenance and rectification schedule last year leading into this year. However, all issues have been resolved. We are now working our way through our sign ups and scheduling installations. Unfortunately, we are installing road-by-road, instead of by sign up date, so it will depend on the plan and your address as to where you fall.
