Extremely Disappointed in your poor service.

I am very dissapointed in the service of this company as it is very poor. I have been waiting for an installation since Feb already. I paid and I was told that the installation company will contact me till this day nothing. I have been inquiring about a refund and even that they have not been giving me a straight answer. Now what they do is they do not even give me an agent on their whatsapp line so I can inquire. SADV please give me my money so I can look for another service provider.
