Extremely bad service

I've been trying to get hold of their accounts Dept to upload my new card details. My account has been suspended because I changed my bank card. For the past 2 months this is impossible. U log a call and only get response midnight how possible is one to respond. Self service is not working. We request OPT numbers and doesn't go through
