excellent ownership

I would like to thank Mr " Collin White " , in melrose Arch office , for his proactivity and high accountability after he helped me yesterday to have internet connection in my house after 4 weeks since i requested the connection .

Yesterday i was very frustrated and i went to the office asking for someone to advise why is it taking so long specially that i was promised that service should be up and running since last friday or monday then i called on Monday they said wednesday only to find out on wednesday it's still not ready .

Collin met me in the office , apologised for the delay , explained the problem to me and how they will try to find at least temporary solution so we can have internet asap and he promised to come in 30 minutes to the appartement so he can check the router available , which he did on-time and he worked for almost an hour and half ( he even stayed after 5 pm ) to make sure problem is solved and that service is finally up and running .

And for his ownership and his keen efforts to gain customer satisfaction i would like to thank him for his efforts .
