Excellent Customer Service

I would really like to thank Tomelo Sisa and Edith Nkopane who were really quick and efficient in helping me get my fibre active. I was waiting for somebody from SADV to contact me for 2 weeks after my order. But it took 48 hours after contacting Tumi for it to be up and running. She was always pleasant and always kept me updated. I think any company in the public sector really need more staff like the two of them. Thank you Tumi and Edith.
