Efficient service from well trained, helpful employees.

After a new fibre installation was completed, there was no internet connection and no assistance from Afrihost. SADV assisted with troubleshooting and offered to telecon with Afrihost to resolve the matter. SADV sent a technician out to check the installation even though it was tested and reported no faults. Eventually the fault was located and corrected at Afrihost, resulting in a working fibre connection.

SADV's after sales support has been excellent and I will recommend them to anyone looking for fibre related services.
