****ed off client

This is a bunch of ****mers!!!! I have made payment to have fibre installed at my home on Tuesday 3 September 2024. I was told I will get a call from the installers next day latest to let me know when they will come and install. This didnt happen. On Friday 6 September 2024, I made contact with them to find out what was happening only to be told that they no longer do installations in my area (Delft), keeping in mind that I already made payment and there was no mention of this at all when I initially app****. I am now struggling to get my money back from this people so that I can actually get internet from a legit service provider! They are a bunch of theives
