Dont use them

The most useless service i've ever experienced. Ive held on the line for a total of just over 3hours for 2 calls today. Everytime they said "your call is first in line.." (i have screen shots of the calls to prove it. I guess they are NOT open 24/7 as they advertise. When they do pick up, they say they have send a mail with my querry. *********** staff
