Do you know the meaning of service delivery?

This is what happens when you hold the monopoly for fibre connections or service providers in Alberton, Home Connect, my ISP was notified of my connection issue on Frid 1st March 2019, a ticket was logged and my fibre service provider( if I can actually call them that) SA Digital Villagers was informed, no response from SADV on Frid, so my internet wasn't available Frid eve, Sat came, SADV sent out their subcontractors (no idea who they are????) to resolve the issue, this is best part, 6 or 7 guys arrive, two look at my fibre box outside while the rest of them decide that this would be a perfect time to bath on my front lawn, I mean it was the end of the work day, why not just bath on this clients front lawn, the tech who checked the line says he doesn't have authority to work on some line, his boss has access and he the callout guy can only come on Monday, they leave, at least they got to bath. Today is Tuesday, after making some noise on Facebook some person responds and tells me a link is down and it affecting the entire street, they will keep me posted, I suppose after telling me that I the customer should be satisfied....paying for a service without fail every month yet this is what I get, I've read all the complaints about SADV and it seems like there's a common factor here, I'm simple terms, you guys are *********** service providers, brilliant at taking my money, but useless otherwise.
