DO NOT USE SA DIGITAL@

I have never ever in my life experienced such POOR customer service. Over TWO weeks ago now, I placed a fibre order via Mweb for a fibre package at my business premises. I was told two weeks ago to expect a call from SA Digital Villages to arrange the installation from one of your technicians. I have not received any call yet. I have been calling you guys for the last two weeks asking someone to contact me and yet NO ONE has been in contact with me. I am now on the verge of cancelling this whole package and taking my business elsewhere and in the process finding every way possible to let people know that SA Digital Villages does not care about their customers nor their reputation. THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER COME ACROSS. I HAVE NO RESPONSE FROM EMAILS NOR PHONE CALLS NOW I WILL POST ON EVERY SITE KNOWN TO MAN AND LET THEM KNOW NOT TO USE SA DIGITAL!!!!!!!
