Dissatisfaction with SADV and Vumatel

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have experienced in attempting to claim a refund after they failed to come and fix connection issues I had. Despite numerous follow-ups and communications, the process has been fraught with delays and inconsistent information, leaving me frustrated and without the funds I am entitled to. Since initiating my claim, I have encountered a continuous cycle of unhelpful responses from various representatives, each providing explanation that do not clarify the delays or provide realistic timeline for resolution, instead they keep on requesting documents I already submitted such as proof of payment, affidavit, bank statement etc. Over and over. The inconsistencies and lack of coordination have left me with no clear understanding of the claim process, nor an indication of when I can expect the funds to be disbursed.
