Disgusting service - Dont bother

We app**** for Fiber in our area on the 28th of January 2020, after multiple emails and calls and complaints NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE YET! Our installation has been escalated 3 times already and not one person has the decency to even reply to an email! Your service is disgusting and you should be ashamed of how you treat customers. If this is what the service is like in the beginning what is there to make us think you wont continue to offer such pathetic service going forward. Our latest reference is: ***
