Disgusting service

I'm just disgusted at this ISP they haven't sent my password to me at all without internet I then had to download various apps and luckily my brother in law works for a different ISP and managed to help as well eventually got it I've sent multiple emails to cancel my services and guess what only responded last week without a cancelation date I'm fed up as my new ISP can't register with them because of you guys!!!! I just hope I can get a reply atleast calling through to customer service line suck as well just horrible
