Disgusting & poor service from SADV

Ther service that the customers receives from SADV is very very poor. So unfair to their loyal customers who paid for services yet they fail to assist with allocating a technician to fix our signal/cable connection. It's been almost a week, with constant follow up & still no assistance. Their whatsapp communication agents gives the same feedback everyday, everytime, tell customers there is nothing they can do & gives a story on another story but no assistance at the end of the day.
