Disgusting Customer Service

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been tryong to log a call for 3 DAYS as I have no internet connection at my home.

I have: logged my query teice on their contact us page Called and held the line (wasting airtime) numerous times only for my like to drop with NO ASSISTANCE

They DO NOT CARE about their customers! USELESS!
