Disgusted by their service and lack of feedback

I have made payment to SADV IN December for the Wifi connection i paid up front which is expected. i had no issues only to find that there was no infrastructure around my house therefore they were unable to connect. they phoned me to explain still asked me to send my proof of payment, ID Copy and bank statement that reflects that payment so they would also refund to the sama account.

Payment was made on 07 December 2023 Email was sent 20 December 2023 follow up was made 03 January 2024

to this day i have not received my refund 4months later never mind communication. My agent was Jasmine which 2weeks back i followed up up again i was blue ticked. clearly am not important
