Despicable and unpleasant service

This is the MOST PATHETIC service 1. I was told that I cannot change debit order date, I must waiting for the to be suspended. 2. I got unpleasant help After 4 hours of waiting and closed my request. 3. I paid R399 while chatting to the consultant and still to pay an assumed R150 pro rata amount. 4. I have sent another whatsApp text asking for help at 12h42 it's now 18h56 I am still waiting for a consultant to help, and I am still without Internet connection. But I have paid R399.
