In Jan 2022 I made a payment for installation of fibre to this day still did not happen. Called them a lot of times and eventually asked for my refund. They said I should send them Proof of Banking and refund will be done within 7 working days, I am still waiting. I have been calling them and on so many occasions my query is been sent to the accounts department and they will revert back to me which they never did.
