Connecttion lost. Poor service.

I am unable to connect to the internet, YET AGAIN! I have rebooted more than once. It's probably going to be off the whole day because this seems to be now a pattern - happening every two weeks. You guys don't habe a contactable number to phone so I may speak to an agent. You take the whole day to respond to messages on WhatsApp and Facebook. I am displeased by your service, truly. At this rate I will be looking at other service providers who offer this service and are reachable when contacted. You guys are a waste of time and money.
