CONNECTION ISSUES AND NO SERVICE DELIVERY

I have been having connection issues on their network this whole week and no one responds to whatstup and we cant even call them, I have requested their cancellation process and no one has come back to me, I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR 3 MONTHS AND I AM ALREADY FED UP AND WANTS TO CANCEL THIS PATHETIC SERVICE.
