Complaint

I made payment for my Fibre installation on May 1, 2024 and was advised a week later that Vumatel doesn’t do installations in my area anymore. I then requested for a refund on May 13, 2024 and ITS BEEN A ROLLERCOASTER RIDE. Till today 17 July 2024, I have not received my refund instead I’m always been told to “Kindly note that your refund it is still in progress, please wait patiently for account department to communicate with you.” THIS IS NOT FAIR NOR SHOULD ANY CUSTOMER BE TREATED THIS WAY. I called VUMATEL, and the customer service lady told me they don’t deal with ISPs or finance queries, so I need to continue sending WhatsApp messages to SADV until I get my refund even if I get it in October 🤣🤣🤣. I REGRET MAKING PAYMENT TO THIS COMPANY
