Complaint About Internet Access!!

I haven't had internet access for a week now, and I have tried reaching out to SADV via their WhatsApp, and all I can say is their service is TERRIBLE! THEY TAKE TOO LONG TO RESPOND, AND WHEN THEY RESPOND, THEY DO NOT EVEN HELP! I STILL DO NOT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS, AND ITS NOT FIXED EVEN NOW! THEY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE!
