Cancel Fibre to Unit 40 Sibaya Sands end of July 2021

I would like to terminate my Fibre to Unit No. 40 Sibaya Sands at the end of July 2021. Please can you confirm that my internet service will be cancelled on 31 July 2021 and confirm the debit order will be cancelled on the same date. I would like proof thereof please.
