Bull**** connection provider

Poor is the a word to use. I have been trying to reach out yo SADV from the 27th june 2023 die to internet but nothing. I then get a response on the 28th june at 7:52am say my internet is restored where else is not. I work with this internet. When I rep**** back text came through and said I have reach them out of business hours. At 8:03am I reach out and I am told high volume of chat. 3minutes of their opening time. Now the question is who is going to pay me for not working from yesterday to 2pm to date?

I dont want calls for apologie, I want my internet restored
