Beyond disappointed

This is the 3rd time I am struggling with this company. They are ***********, and dismissive. This time I paid for my wifi on the 24th of March only for them to suspend my wifi and say I am owing on the 31st. There communication is tacky, they don't get back to a person and they send you from pillar to post with this technical machine of theirs. They claim to be a 24/7 company but come back to you 12am and say you took long to respond they are closing your ticket. I will not be using this company anymore.
