Bad Service Sadv & Afrihost

If you are in the market for a fibre connection be very careful who you chose to sign up with. SADV is the Service provider to Afrihost. They supply the Fibre line or connection and Afrihost will provide and charge you for the Data. If you have any technical difficulties do not expect either of them to attend to it quickly. It is not recommended to sign up with either of them. My fibre has been down for a week. I know what caused the fault, it was damaged at the connection box on the wall. I have tried for a week to have it fixed. I got a lot quicker and better service from Telkom when I still had ADSL with them.
