Bad Service Provider for Wifi (Vumatel)

This is one of the worst providers. It's been just over a year that I have asked them to change my banking details in order for them to get payments. Everytime I get told it has been done... When it's payment time I then have to contact them to assist with payment. I use the WhatsApp self service and have to wait for days before someone gets back to me and assist, also when I finally get through to someone they either don't understand what to assist with or keep on putting me through to someone else.

This provideris really pathetic. I wouldn't advise anyone to sign up with them.
