Bad service provider ever the worst among others

The most pethathic service provider which is very slow and fails to communicate with its clients they are quick to want payment of services but fail to fulfill their appointment.i paid on the 3rd of April and was sent an email that states that on the 7April they would come install the router today it is the 8th still poor communication with their the technicians making excuses that my phone is off yet I've been on WhatsApp talking on the same number. Please don't make a mistake on taking this service provider. They are the worst.Can Vuma WiFi networks please remove these people. I don't want anyone to go through what I'm going through. Worse part I have paid . I am still waiting for the installation and their *** number is as useless.
