Bad Service (No Wi-Fi for 2 weeks)

Very bad service I have vuma Wi-Fi and my ISP is SADV I’ve been calling it’s been 2weeks without Wi-Fi and nobody answers the phone the music plays for over 30 minutes no answer you are told you number 7 for the longest time than told to leave a message for a call back that never happens.
