Bad service from SADV
SAdV service its bad you have to use whats app to contact them i have a debit order that was promised to refunded with in 21 working days since 17 september 2025 , this morning they telling me same thing i have to wait for 21 working days in total i must wait 42 working days before i get a refund , i spoke to one of agent to load a debit order it did not happen .they should have taken that refund and use it as a payment but now i have to run after them .

27 Oct 2025, 16:08Since this morning i contacted SaDv to now we cant find a solution such a big company working with agent every time you chart to an agent you must keep on repeating your problem they cant just pick up from previous agent their service is horrible i must say i am just wasting MY TIME!!!!!
